We really love eggs. So we got nerdy.
We measured yolk spread, white set temps, heat curves—then prototyped until breakfast perfection wasn’t luck, it was repeatable.

After 100's of iterations, here’s what cracked it:

Diameter Sweet Spot: 3-1/8”cooking zone—room for a large egg without runaway whites. Or two eggs- perfect for a sandwich.

Wall flare angle: 65° sides-to corral whites, keep edges crisp, and allow egg to slide out.

Thickness & mass: 12 gauge carbon steel for even heat + quick recovery.

Heat target: Holds [325–350°F / 163–177°C] for sunny-side bliss; no scorched bottoms.

Volumetric perfection- fits one egg or two- you decide.

Finish: Pre-seasoned micro-texture = glide and slide.

The Result: set whites, lacy edges, molten yolk—every time. 🥚✨
