I wanted a new steak flopped from CSF. I ordered it not knowing that they were changing the design. Tristan reached out to me to be ask if I wanted the new design which he provided photos of. Tristan said he would make me the old version if that is what I wanted. I love the new design and proud to say I own the very first retail one!

Dad was really impressed with the hand forged Bottle Opener with "DAD" on one side and a copper outline of AZ. We're natives of this beautiful state so those details were special for us. Dad has it on his special outdoor bottle container.

Well made, handcrafted product, I will be buying more. You can see and feel their attention to detail. Not the cheapest, but cheap things aren’t good and good things aren’t cheap.

It’s was seasoned when received. Worked well.
Made spaghetti sauce and pasta in it and the seasoning color disappeared. Uh oh. I thought I was in a dire situation. But wiped it clean and cooked eggs and bacon in it the next day and no issues. Its brown black color is coming back and making it an heirloom. Think I need to send some as Christmas presents.

Artemis Grill Pan: Far Side of the Moon. 10" Carbon Steel

I've had wok for years, cast iron from lodge, but it was way too heavy for me, over 9lbs. I was always worried to bang it in my farmers sink or even worse. Also it was becoming painfull for my hand to lift it so I started looking for Carbon steel wok. I came across Smithey wok, but the handle looked too awkward and high, and would not easily fit in my Owen where I store pans sometimes. This one however looked like something i would like, so I ordered it. It was the right choice, perfect size and shape of the handle. I use it almost daily now. I make lots of stir-fry and fried rice, and cook leafy veggies I grow in my backyard. Best of all, it's made in USA

Sturdy and well-constructed. Didn't warp over searing hot coals. The 17 inch pan fits in the center of a 22.5" Weber kettle grill and the handles don't interfere with the grill lid. Recommend around 300 grams of Bomba rice for a nice thin layer, though you can increase to 500-600g if you need to feed more people. Does require seasoning between uses to prevent rust, but it holds on to seasoning easily. There was a noticeable improvement in the non-stick qualities between my first and second use.
