We wanted a spatula that would pair well with our hand made carbn steel skillets.
Flexible enough for the most delicate foods, strong enough for a hard sear, and designed to stand out in any kitchen. We tried plenty. None of them were quite right.
That's why we made the Guppy. It's not a gadget. It's a tool you'll use every day and someday hand down.
