My family is a Copper State Forge snob, no kidding. My son in law will only use their skillets. Lovely cookware that out performs anything else we’ve used before.

Very pleased with this as a coffee scoop! I am glad I purchased it every day I make coffee.

My son-in-law was over the moon with these BBQ Skewers he received from my husband and I for Christmas. I as an artist (retired) appreciated the craftsmanship. I know something about blacksmithing and these are top of the line. Beautifully made. I will keep Copper State Forge in mind for future gifts.

Excellent and beautiful craftsmanship as well as a carbon steel pan that is reasonably light but has sufficient thermal mass to cook evenly. The custom fitted lid is a big plus. A favorite!

This will be the third or fourth year that I’ve ordered great, hand made, items from Copper State Forge. Last year I gave out a bunch of the bottle openers. They were a big hit. This year, my sister will be the recipient of the 10” skillet.

Nice little skillet. I did add a few coats of seasoning like I would for any new pan I get. Following that, first cook was 2 fried eggs and they were nonstick. Tonight, its a single helping of liver and onions.

I came across Copper State Forge while doing research to buy my first carbon steel pan. I saw a Meet the Makers version of Cook Cultures YouTube channel featuring Tristan. I found out they set up a booth at the Gilbert Farmer's market so I met up with them there. I really liked the feel and definitely liked to look of their pans; enough to buy the 10.5' deep skillet. I have several DeBuyer pans but this skillet has taken the seasoning the best, by far. It is my favorite pan to use to make banana pancakes. NOTHING sticks to this thing! Thoroughly impressed. SO impressed I went to buy their comal last week. I found out the seasoning on the skillet wasn't a fluke! The comal has taken the seasoning even better, tortillas and pancakes just glide on this comal! Great work Tristan! I'll definately be buying more items from you guys... I just don't know which one is my next purchase.
